Great location. A stone's throw from Place Bellecour

Poor sound insulation and two already used towels were left hanging behind the bathroom door

The room is really big and comfy! The house - where actually Baudelaire has lived - is in the real centre, few step from the metro station Ampére, but very close to everything by walk! It's a nice place!

The room can be a bit noisy during weekdays, as the backyard belongs to a school. Maybe some shades would be useful as the students can look through the windows :D

The central location of the apartment makes it fully usable. Access to the apartment is well described, as is the service of the staff. I am very satisfied that after an initial misunderstanding about missing services/not complying with what was specified on the site, the staff promptly changed the apartment without blinking an eye or contesting our request, on the contrary: they worked to resolve what was not compliant in the previous apartment.

The description on the site is misleading and does not correctly describe all the apartments, creating confusion. in the first apartment the electric stove did not work, preventing the cooking of food.

Great location, very close to Place Bellecour, in a fairly quiet little street, close to many restaurants. Easy access to the studio, good communication with the host. The studio is quite large and the bed comfortable. And the heating had been turned on before our arrival, nice touch.

The insulation... between the noise from the street (single-glazed windows and the studio is on the 1st floor) and the noise from the landing door right next door, we must hope that there is not too much traffic in general. There is also some small repair work to be planned (a loose socket at the entrance, a leg of the bathroom cabinet which threatens to fall). It is not easy to keep this type of accommodation new with the multiple visits of customers...
